1. Tadasana (Mountain pose)

2. Vraksasan (Tree pose)
Vraksasana is another easy but effective pose for children to improve their balance.
Stand on your feet. Lift your right feet and place it on the left inner thigh in such a way that the knee of right feet must be out on the right side and not in the front position. Raise your hand and connect palms face to face and try to balance this pose for 30 sec. Or more. Return in the original position and repeat the same procedure for the left foot. While performing this pose for the first time, they can take the support of the wall. This pose is mighty to boost concentration level and balance. It also strengthens the calves.
3. Utkatasan (Chair pose)
Utkatasan engages most of the muscles.
Move your arms in the straight forward position and stretch them.
Bend your knees in such a way that thighs must be in parallel with the ground. Also, the knees should be slightly ahead. While performing this pose, stay focused forward.
You can be in this pose upto one minute.
This pose is beneficial for legs and thighs muscles. It also improves our digestion.
4. Bhujangasan (Cobra pose)
One of the best posture for stretching
Lie flat on the stomach on the floor and stretch your legs back. Be sure your tops of the feet on the floor. Expand your hands on the floor by placing elbows close to the rib cage. Lift your head and chest and hold this position for a while. You can bend your elbow slightly to engage back muscles.
Cobra pose increases flexibility. It tones the abdomen and strengthens the shoulders and arms.
5. Badhakonasan (Butterfly pose)
Sit comfortably on the floor with the spine tight and spread your legs straight forward. Bend your legs and bring foot together towards the pelvis. Now hold the foot firmly by hands and start the flapping legs up and down. Increase flapping speed after starting gradually and keep breathing evenly. Stop the flapping by gradually decreasing the rate.This practice is good for inner thighs and knees. Butterfly pose improves flexibility.
