This school is in a peaceful part of Rishikesh with a direct view of the Ganges and mountains. Firstly, The instructors are great, and They care about and invest in each of the students. Most importantly, The yogic practices are backed up by science, and the learning of ashtanga is rooted in yogic philosophy: Highly recommend it.
Challenging yet fun
This is a challenging yet fun YTT set right along the Ganges River. The YTT is family-owned, providing a cozy, easy-going atmosphere. The location is outside the tourist area and, therefore, considerably tranquil, with access to nature and sweeping views of the Himalayas and Ganges. Prospective students should be prepared to do a lot of yoga and spend a significant amount of time learning about yoga beyond the asana practice – including theory, cleansing techniques, breath control, meditation techniques, and aerial postures
Best desicion for me to book Arohan Yoga
It was the best decision for me to book my 200 hr YTTC with Arohan Yoga. I was worried at first to come to India all by myself but they helped me with everything i ever needed. The Teachers are all very knowledgeable, kind and attentive. They made us feel home away from home always. The area is perfectly located at the Ganges. It is very quiet and peaceful. I loved the Accommodation as well and felt very comfortable there. I can definitely recommend Arohan Yoga to anyone being seriously interested to learn about Yoga in a holistic way. I’m so grateful for this experience and hope return one day…
