Arrival by car

Take a car (Uber) from Delhi Airport directly to their location in Rishikesh. It is usually about 70 USD.

Arrival by airplane

You can book a direct flight to Jolly Grant Airport (DED). It’s a 50-minute flight from Delhi Airport. Usually around 50 USD. 

Arrival by bus

You can book online for a bus ride from Delhi to Rishikesh. Charges range from  5 to 20 USD. One of the websites where you can book your seat:

Arrival by train

Book a train from Delhi to Rishikesh Railway Station (YNRK)(about 12km from our school) or Haridwar (HW) (about 25 km from our school). Charges start at 10 USD. You can book a ticket here:

Please make sure to arrive at the school on the first day of the course. For example, if the course starts on the 6th, you should plan to arrive on the 6th.

Check-in is available anytime on the first day of the course, but please make sure to arrive before 6 pm.

Check-out time is 11:30 am on the last day of the course.

Yes, indeed, you would get opportunities to teach your fellow trainees under the supervision of a senior teacher.

The following rules are in place to create a sattvic (yogic) environment: trainees residing on the premises are strictly prohibited from consuming drugs, eggs, meat, alcohol, and tobacco. Additionally, there should be no public displays of affection (PDA). 

Getting a visa for India is easy. You can apply online for an electronic visa (evisa), which generally gets approved within 24 -96 hours.

BREAKFAST typically has two fruits and upma/poha/porridge/parathas/gram flour pancake.

LUNCH & DINNER typically have one portion of dal, seasonal vegetable curry, chapatis, rice, and yogurt/salad.

In case students want to purchase any additional items like fruits, dry fruits, vegetables, honey, or peanut butter, they can do so at their own cost from nearby sellers.
